Eligibility: This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal and state laws and regulations, and is void wherever prohibited by law. Sweepstakes begins on or about 1/1/07 and ends 12/31/07. Participation is open to homeowners who are legal residents of OH, IN, KY, IL, MI or WI, age 21 or older. Directors, officers and employees of Sponsors and its parent (ATW Industries, Inc.) and affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising promotional agencies and immediate families (parents, children, siblings or spouse) and those residing in the same household, whether related or not, of each of these individuals are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter: To enter, complete and mail the accompanying entry form, selecting one prize category only, or enter at promotional events. Additional entry forms listing all prize categories may be obtained by writing to: Entry Request, 7701 Service Center Dr., West Chester, OH 45069. Limit of one entry accepted per person or household address. Entries must be postmarked no later than 12/31/07 and received by 1/15/08.
Drawings and Prizes: Winners will be selected on or about 1/31/08 from all eligible entries received. There will be random drawings for each of the three different home improvement prize categories. One Grand Prize Winner will be awarded $12,000 Approximate Retail Value (ARV) worth of Replacement Window/Door/Gutter Cover Home Improvements. Two First Prize Winners will each be awarded $5,000 (ARV) worth of Replacement Window and Door Home Improvements. One Second Place Prize Winner will be awarded $3,000 (ARV) worth of Gutter Cover Home Improvements. New windows and doors only installed in place of existing windows or doors of same size. Approximate Retail Value of any prize may vary depending upon available products used and actual work performed. Winners who purchase a product from Sponsors in 2007 in the same prize category as the drawing entered may elect to receive a refund of the amount paid, up to prize limit, in lieu of prize. All improvements will be specified, designed and installed by Sponsors’ representatives. All products are standard models. Winners are responsible for all taxes, insurance and any other fees and costs associated with prizes. Home improvements will be made only at address listed on entry form.

Odds of Winning: A maximum of 5 million entry forms will be distributed; however actual odds of winning depend on number of eligible entries received for each drawing. Winners will be notified by telephone and are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Winners will be required to sign and return a Contract, Liability Release, and where lawful, a Publicity Release before work begins. In the event of noncompliance, or if a winner cannot be reached at the telephone number on the winner’s entry, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected. Prizes are not transferable. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) of any prizes will be permitted, except that a sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. Limit one prize per household or address.
